Your Support PIN helps EDBB verify your service when handling support requests. Find it on the VPS details page and share it only through an official support channel when requested.

Find the PIN in the VPS Control Panel

Sign in to the EDBB Control Panel, open Services, and select the VPS you need help with. On the Dashboard, look in the service-details card on the right.

Start on the Dashboard. The highlighted row is in the right-hand service-details card. Identifiers are demonstration values.

Locate the Support PIN row

Find Support PIN between CD-ROM and Installed OS. On a narrow screen, scroll to the service-details card.

Copy the PIN

Use the copy icon immediately to the right of the PIN. If copying is unavailable, select the displayed value and copy it manually.

Use the PIN for the correct VPS

Check the service ID at the top of the card before sharing the PIN with EDBB support.

Copy the value beside Support PIN. A1B2C is a fictional example, not a working PIN.

Find the PIN in Your Welcome Email

You can also find the PIN in the Plan Details section of your VPS credentials email, alongside the KVM ID and server information. Search for EDBB: Your Linux VPS Credentials or EDBB: Your Windows VPS Credentials. See Welcome email.

When You May Need the Support PIN

EDBB support may ask for the PIN to verify your service before handling a sensitive request. Include the VPS ID and a clear description of the issue, then provide the PIN when requested through the official support conversation.

Security Recommendations

Keep it private

Treat the PIN as confidential. Remove it from screenshots, public posts and shared logs. If you save it, use a password manager or another access-controlled location.

Share carefully

Share it only with authorized EDBB support staff through official support channels. The example PIN in this article cannot verify your service.

Lost access?

If you cannot access the panel or find the welcome email, contact EDBB support. Provide the VPS ID if you have it and explain that you cannot retrieve the PIN.
