Understand the allowance

Current allowance = monthly Plan Traffic + Pool Traffic assigned during this cycle. Remaining traffic = current allowance − traffic used this cycle. Traffic usage counts both incoming and outgoing data measured on the VPS Ethernet interfaces. Read the units displayed by the panel; GB measures transferred data, not connection speed.

In this closeup, 1 GB / 20,580 GB means approximately 20,579 GB remains. The percentage can round to 0% when usage is small. The 1,400 GB pool balance is separate: it becomes part of a VPS allowance only after assignment.

Compare daily and cumulative usage

In the illustrative overview, daily usage peaks at 300 GB on September 25. That day’s transfer also creates the steepest increase in the cumulative line. The seven sample days total 1,240 GB. Use the daily chart to locate a spike, then compare that date with backups, downloads, application jobs and server logs. The cumulative chart helps you see how quickly the total is growing. Monthly refill

The VPS’s monthly service cycle determines its refill, not the calendar month. Refill in … day(s) shows the countdown. At refill, usage resets and the plan allowance is replenished. Unused Plan Traffic and Pool Traffic already assigned to the VPS expire; unassigned pool balance does not expire.

Distinguish usage from assignments

Hydration log records traffic assigned to a VPS; Pool log shows pool activity. A pool deduction does not mean that amount has already crossed the network. See Traffic Pool and Auto-Hydration for manual 100 GB assignments and Auto-Hydration ON/OFF instructions.

Notifications and rate limiting

There is no automatic overage charge. To restore speed, assign pool traffic, complete a qualifying plan upgrade or wait for the monthly refill. See traffic limits.
