A cryptocurrency invoice is paid only after the processor confirms the transfer. Sending a transaction or seeing it in a wallet does not by itself complete payment or start VPS provisioning.

Before sending

  1. Open the payment page for the correct EDBB invoice.
  2. Select a supported currency and network. For example, different USDT networks use different payment routes; matching the token name is not enough.
  3. Check the amount, address, expiry time and any memo/tag shown for that specific payment.
  4. Account for wallet or exchange withdrawal fees so the required amount reaches the processor. Do not send an arbitrary extra amount.

Check confirmations

The required confirmations depend on the currency and network and can change. Use the requirement and status on the processor’s current payment page. Different networks for the same token may have different thresholds. Check the transaction ID (TXID) in the relevant blockchain explorer. Then check the EDBB invoice: it must show payment confirmation, not just a broadcast transaction.

If the invoice remains unpaid

Contact support@edbb.com with the invoice number, TXID, currency, network, amount and time sent. Never provide wallet seed phrases or private keys. Do not send a second payment before establishing what happened to the first.
