Check your VPS welcome email

After your payment is confirmed and the VPS is installed, we send a welcome email to the address registered to your EDBB account. Keep this email somewhere secure.

What the email contains

• Your VPS’s primary IPv4 address.
• The username and initial password for the operating system.
• Operating system and service details.
• A link to the EDBB Control Panel.

Connect to your VPS

Store the password in a password manager. Do not post the welcome email or its credentials in a public support request.

If the email is missing

Check spam and junk folders and confirm that your account email address is correct. Then follow No welcome email? Get access to your VPS. We cannot resend the original credentials, but you can choose a new password. A later reinstall does not send another welcome email. Use the password or SSH key you chose during installation.
