EDBB uses the shared infrastructure protection provided by the EDIS Global resource pool. Protection focuses on limiting the effect of attacks on the network and other customers; EDBB does not provide service-specific DDoS scrubbing or bespoke mitigation.

During an attack

The infrastructure detects abnormal traffic and may filter or redirect it. If necessary, the attacked IP can be null-routed to protect the rest of the network. Null-routing makes the affected service unreachable; it is not a guarantee that your application stays online. Contact support@edbb.com with the affected IP, timestamps, symptoms and relevant traffic observations. Check the legitimate shared infrastructure status service. For frequently targeted applications, review high-risk workloads and arrange suitable mitigation before deployment. Prohibited attack activity is covered by the AUP.
