EDBB does not offer a free VPS trial. Eligible new VPS purchases may qualify for a refund under the 24-hour refund policy. The request must reach support within 24 hours of purchase and meet all eligibility conditions. Only one refund per customer is available in a 12-month period. Purchases made with a coupon, including the annual 11+1 offer, are excluded from refunds. Added Pool Traffic, upgrades, completed location changes and other listed exclusions also remove eligibility. Before ordering, compare EDBB plans and locations and run the available network tests. Choose resources appropriate for your software and understand that EDBB VPS hosting is unmanaged: you administer the operating system, security and backups.
