Service emails explain what has changed and whether you need to do anything. Read the body as well as the subject, and check which VPS or invoice it refers to.

Pool traffic and VPS traffic are different

A pool top-up adds traffic to the account’s reserve. It does not automatically assign traffic to a VPS or restore a rate-limited VPS’s speed. Assign traffic manually or use Auto-Hydration when it is enabled and its conditions are met. Auto-Hydration uses the existing pool balance; it does not purchase more traffic. See Traffic Pool.

Ready does not always mean active

For CPU or RAM changes, follow the power-cycle procedure. For extra IPv4 addresses, follow Linux IP configuration or your Windows adapter settings. When the primary IPv4 address changes, the old address stops working immediately. Use the IP-change guide and console access to update the configuration.

Check the current status

An email describes the situation when it was sent. Sign in to the EDBB Control Panel to check the latest service, traffic and invoice status. If you are unsure what a message means, email support@edbb.com with its subject and the affected service. Do not include passwords or authentication codes.
