If EDBB contacts you about suspected abuse, review the notification and respond promptly. Follow its instructions and deadline, and identify the affected service before changing it.
  1. Review the activity, IP address and timestamps in the report.
  2. Investigate and stop prohibited activity. Secure compromised applications, accounts or credentials.
  3. Reply in the same email conversation with the findings and remediation.
  4. If you disagree, explain why and include relevant evidence for review.
A deadline does not guarantee the VPS remains online. Protective restrictions may be applied before a reply to protect other users and infrastructure. See the AUP and SMTP policy.
