Add a contact to receive invoices and billing reminders at an additional email address.

Open Contacts/Sub-Accounts

Sign in to the EDBB Control Panel, open your account menu in the top-right corner and choose Contacts/Sub-Accounts. Select Add New Contact in Choose Contact, then click Go if needed. If no contacts exist, the new-contact form opens directly.
Add New Contact form with ACME Inc. example details and email preferences

Overview of the contact form. The example contact is not a real invoice recipient.

Enter the recipient and select Invoice Emails

Enter the recipient’s name, company and email address, plus any other fields the form requires. Under Email Preferences, select Invoice Emails - Invoices & Billing Reminders.
Email Preferences with Invoice Emails checked above Save Changes

Select Invoice Emails for the additional billing recipient, then save the contact.

Enable other email categories only if the recipient should receive them. Activate Sub-Account is a separate option for client-area access; receiving invoice emails does not require enabling it.

Save and review

Click Save Changes. Reopen the contact using Choose Contact and verify the email address and Invoice Emails selection. Future invoice notifications can then be sent to this contact as well as the primary account address. Adding a contact does not resend earlier invoices. To update the recipient, select the existing contact, edit its details and save. See Find and download invoices for existing documents.
