Step 1 — Cancel the Service

You can cancel a VPS anytime from the EDBB VPS Portal. If you plan to request a refund, choose Cancel Immediately so the service stops within minutes.

Step 2 — Check Refund Eligibility

✅ Eligible for Refund

  • VPS ordered within the last 24 hours
  • No promo codes, special bundles, or traffic add-ons applied
  • No prior refund in the past 12 months
  • Service cancelled immediately (not end-of-term)
  • Account in good standing with no AUP violations

Prepare your details

Gather the VPS primary IPv4, Support PIN, invoice number, and the time of purchase.

Send the refund request

Use the in-portal messenger or email support@edbb.com. Include the details above plus a short explanation that you’re invoking the 24-hour refund window.

Wait for confirmation

We confirm eligibility, issue a credit note, and refund the original payment method. Crypto refunds follow Travel Rule requirements (network, wallet type, beneficiary identity).
Processing times depend on your bank, wallet, or exchange. Cards post within a few business days; crypto payouts depend on blockchain congestion.
Requests submitted after 24 hours, without the required information, or that fall outside the policy will be declined. In those cases we’re happy to move the payment to account credit for future invoices.
