Eligible VPS purchases may qualify for a refund if EDBB receives the complete request within 24 hours of purchase. Only one refund per customer is available in any 12-month period. Purchases using a coupon, discount or special offer are excluded. This includes the annual 11+1 offer: it uses a coupon to provide 12 months for the price of 11 and does not qualify for a refund. Completed location changes, added Pool Traffic, plan/resource upgrades, revoked cancellation requests and service closure for policy violations also remove eligibility. A free primary IPv4 change within the original window does not itself remove refund eligibility. Read the full cancellation and refund policy. Outside that policy, cancelling does not create a general right to a refund or account credit. A mistaken renewal has a separate, limited credit-conversion review.
