Cancel your VPS from its EDBB Control Panel record using Request Cancellation. Choose immediate cancellation or cancellation at the end of the paid billing period.
Back up data before requesting cancellation. Immediate termination stops access to the VPS. Six days after actual termination, its data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Sign in to the control panel

Open the EDBB Control Paneland go to Services → My Products .

Open the VPS record

Click the service you want to cancel to view its management dashboard.

Choose Request Cancellation

In the right-hand panel, choose Request Cancellation button. Select whether the VPS should stop immediately or at the end of the billing period .

Confirm the request

Submit the form. The Control Panel updates the service status and sends an email confirming your cancellation and the chosen cancellation option (immediate/expiry)

Choose the timing deliberately. This example selects End of Billing Period; Request Cancellation submits the form.

The form initially selects Immediate. Review Cancellation Type before submitting. The Cancel link leaves the form without requesting service cancellation.

Cancellation timing

Cancellation removes this VPS’s renewal line items from outstanding pro-forma invoices. An invoice covering only this service is cancelled; other services on a combined invoice remain payable. This adjustment does not itself delete data. Contact support@edbb.com promptly if you need recovery or reactivation before deletion. Do not rely on the retention period instead of making your own backups. Unassigned Traffic Pool balance belongs to your account and does not expire when a VPS ends. Traffic already assigned to a VPS is separate; see Traffic Pool. Paid monthly charges are not refunded simply because you stop a service early. Eligible new purchases are handled under the 24-hour refund policy. See the separate non-payment timeline.
