Provisioning starts after payment has been confirmed. A completed checkout or a pending bank/crypto transfer is not yet a confirmed payment. Automated installation usually takes about five minutes for Linux or 15 minutes for Windows after it starts, but image preparation, payment checks and installation work can take longer. These are estimates, not a delivery guarantee.

Check progress

  1. Confirm that the invoice is paid in the EDBB Control Panel.
  2. Open the service and review the Installation tab and available installation logs.
  3. Wait for installation to finish before connecting. Do not manually restart a VPS while the installer is running.
  4. Check your welcome email and connect through SSH or RDP.
If payment is confirmed but the installation has failed or stopped progressing, contact support@edbb.com with the service ID, invoice number, elapsed time and visible error. Do not include passwords.
