# Top up account balance by bank transfer

> Add at least EUR 250 to your EDBB account balance by bank transfer. Follow the invoice-reference and manual-processing requirements.

Bank-transfer top-ups have a **EUR 250 minimum** and require manual allocation by accounting. Allow a few business days; credit is not available immediately.

## Create your top-up invoice

Open **Billing → Add Funds** in the [EDBB Control Panel](https://my.edbb.com/clientarea.php?action=addfunds). Create an invoice for at least **EUR 250**. See [How to top up your account credit](/faq/billing-lifecycle/how-to-add-account-credit) for the illustrated steps.

## Send the transfer

Use **SEPA or SWIFT**, the EUR account below, and the **complete top-up pro forma invoice number** as your payment reference.

## Wait for allocation

Accounting must receive, identify and assign the transfer before your balance updates. You will receive a notification. Monitor your invoice and balance; [contact support](/how-our-support-team-helps-you) if the expected processing period passes.

  A transfer does not pay a service invoice or pause overdue-payment deadlines. Delayed or unmatched payments can lead to suspension, termination and eventual data deletion under the [billing workflow](/faq/billing-lifecycle/billing-workflow) and [retention policy](/faq/billing-lifecycle/data-retention-period).

Pre-fund larger balances in advance. Use automated methods for routine monthly payments, urgent renewals or overdue services.
